Service Description
60 minutes · £75 · Online A 60-minute one-to-one virtual consultation with Fullilove Interiors, designed to give you clear, practical and creative direction for your home, holiday let or hospitality property. Whether you're struggling with one particular room, planning a wider transformation or simply need a professional eye before making design decisions, your consultation is shaped around the areas where you need the most help. We can discuss: - Room layout and furniture placement - Colour schemes, paint and wallpaper - Furniture and furnishing choices - Styling and finishing touches - Making better use of existing furniture and pieces - Creating a more cohesive interior - Developing a particular period, traditional or character-led aesthetic - Ideas for refreshing a room without completely redesigning it - Hospitality and holiday-let presentation - Specific design dilemmas or purchases you're considering Before your consultation: Once you've booked, you'll be asked to provide photographs of the space you'd like to discuss, together with a brief description of the project and any relevant measurements or other information. To make the most of your hour, we recommend choosing three key questions or decisions you'd particularly like answered during the consultation. Please submit your project information at least 24 hours before your appointment so that we have time to familiarise ourselves with your space beforehand. Additional Consultation Hour - £65 Ideal for larger properties, multiple rooms or projects requiring more in-depth discussion. Extend your virtual consultation by an additional 60 minutes, giving us more time to explore your space, ideas and design questions in detail. Additional time must be selected when booking and is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Virtual consultations are booked in advance to allow time to review your project before our call. To get the most from your consultation, requested photographs, measurements and project information should be submitted at least 24 hours beforehand. Where sufficient information has not been provided, the consultation may need to be rescheduled. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and missed appointments, are non-refundable and the full consultation fee will be retained. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact Fullilove Interiors at least 48 hours before your appointment and we will be happy to arrange an alternative available time. Rescheduling within 48 hours is at the discretion of Fullilove Interiors. Where an appointment has been rescheduled, any subsequent cancellation will be assessed against the original appointment date and time. Rescheduling does not reset the cancellation period.
